Either a taxi, airport shuttle or public transportation are your best bets. A taxi from Miami International airport is approximately $35. The orange line on the brand-new Miami Airport Metrolink line will get you to the South Dadeland Metrorail Station which is just a stone’s throw away. Unfortunately our hotel shuttle does not make airport visits, but is available to pick you up at the Metrorail station. Just give us a call.

Yes. Please address the parcel to the name on the reservation. Unfortunately we can not accept packages or mail addressed to names without a corresponding reservation. These will be returned to sender.

The shuttle takes you anywhere your heart desires within three miles of the hotel. It runs from 8am to 9pm. Once you’re ready to be picked up all you have to do is give us a call at +1 305 595 6000.

Yes, if available. Standard check-in time is 3pm. Check-out is 11am. We’ll be happy to get you into your room earlier if one is available. Should you hit the snooze button one too many times you may request a noon check-out.

The Miami Metrorail has excellent service throughout Miami. The southern most station, Dadeland South is less than a mile from the hotel and serviced by the shuttle. If you have a smart phone we highly recommend downloading there handy app or using the mobile site.

The world famous Miami Dadeland Mall is just a 10 minute walk, but we’d be happy to take you by shuttle. There are also The Shops at Sunset Place and Falls Mall both also accessible via the hotel shuttle. Dolphin Mall is a little further to our north and can be reached by bus, car or taxi.
